Allergy Season
Ugh, there is tree pollen everywhere and I can barely breathe because of it... Sigh, I hate allergy season.

I have the same problem, but 1 day of using my secret weapon and it doesn't bother me at all. Go find some Cromolyn (comes in nasal spray and eye drops depending on where it gets you).

Thanks! Now where do I find this Cromolyn? Any Pharmaprix-type store?

Pharmaprix and Jean Coutu both carry it. It's OTC, but you don't need a prescription.

Take at least 500 mg of Vitamin C daily and sleep or rest as much as you can each day to build up your body resistance. Take care of yourself.
